Shrimps in Bagnarotte sauce / Krewetki w sosie „ bagnarotte”, na zimną przystawkę

I found this recipe in a cook book  „Sauces”  by my favourite author and cook Michael Roux. It is super easy and tastes great.

Swiss roll cake with mascarpone cheese and raspberries / Czekoladowa rolada z kremem mascarpone i malinami

From the book " A little taste of Spain"
The original recipes name is Gypsy's Arm Cake. I have slightly changed the proportions and used mascarpone cheese with raspberries instead of whipped cream. For baking, I have used the silicone mat, which is also useful for rolling up the cake, but you may also use linen cloth and greased baking.

Lemon tart with Italian meringue / Tarta cytrynowa z bezą włoską

It's one of my favorite desserts. I like how the sour taste combines with sweet meringue and slightly salty base. The recipe for dough is the one I used for tartlets with raspberries (in the post from July). The cream is based on the recipe from the book "A little taste of France" , Tarte au citron".
